Volunteer Links for 2025

SWIMMERS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN PRACTICE OR MEETS UNTIL THE VOLUNTEER SIGN UP REQUIREMENT IS MET.

Please understand our swim club is 100% parent-run --  parents hire the coaches, coordinate the meets, organize concessions, officiate, etc. You make the difference. Without the support, enthusiasm, and dedication of many parents & family members, it would be impossible to operate. It is critical families help at every home meet their child is swimming. As a family unit, we ask each family to fill a minimum of two volunteer slots for the season. We’ll take more than that! It’s a fun way to be involved. Every effort will be made to give you a duty of your choice. Check in with the volunteer coordinator at meets -- in 2025 that is Michelle Bolton.

If you are unable to fulfill your assigned duty, you will be charged $45 for each missed assignment. You can also choose to buyout your volunteering commitment for $90/family (but really we prefer the help). Families with outstanding volunteer buyout fees will not be eligible for future WASC seasons until that fee is paid.
